Best 16GB flash drive? And best sync program?
I plan to buy a 16GB flash drive to automatically back up my work using Windows XP or (in due course) Windows 7. Recommendations?
Also, what automatic backup software (preferably freeware) is best? I need to back up new and changed files and folders within a nested folder structure like
My folders>category>topic>subtopic>folder>file
where files can be Word or WordPerfect documents, PDF downloads, or images.

I personally prefer a retractable type (no caps to lose). Kingston, OCZ, and Sandisk are reliable established brands, but there really aren't any "bad" ones. Microsoft Synctoy is free:
